By checking this box, I authorize Harward Equipment Rentals to securely save my payment method with Stripe and use it when I am not actively using this website to authorize and collect the administrator-confirmed amount for this rental after Harward confirms availability, timing, and pricing with me.
Submitting this request does not immediately charge my card, guarantee equipment availability, or authorize equipment release. Harward Equipment Rentals will not release equipment until my identity and required agreements have been verified and Stripe has successfully authorized the administrator-confirmed rental amount.
Any additional fuel, damage, cleaning, or other permitted charges will be determined and handled under the rental agreement and applicable law.
